What’s good for your mental health is great for your career


Great people skills need to be encouraged, developed and nurtured before someone takes up a leadership role. In an ideal world, great leaders would be chosen because of their ability to inspire and engage their teams to great performance, not because of their past performance as an individual. 

Being a leader is a challenging and often thankless task. To best equip emerging leaders with the resources and capability they need to succeed, we would recommend one of the CareerBuilders Frontline and Emerging Leaders Courses. We have developed several modules which can be used in different ways, to suit the group of participants attending the course. 

We believe Senior Leaders should not be sitting in workshops. They need to work one on one with a coach, not attend a training programme. However that’s another story.
