This is a great low cost option that shares the workload between CareerBuilders and the hiring manager. You get all the benefits of our Hiring Success system including the facilitation of a Success Map,  interview questions, advertising, candidate screening and a submission of a long list of candidates (up to 6 candidates that fit the brief). From here the hiring manager takes over. Our experience suggests that the successful applicant will be in the long list we provide you, who knows you may even take two people (no additional cost to you).

Virtual Recruitment Web Tool
We give you the option of a facilitated or unfaciltated service. Using our online tools, the hiring manager creates a success map for the position. We can advertise for the role, perform telephone interviews on your behalf and provide up to 6 candidates for the hiring manager to continue with the interview process on their own. Alternatively you can do this without our assistance. The facilitated service reduces the time spent on recruiting by over 70%.
