CareerBuilders is a Sydney based consulting company that provides best practice hiring methodology through its Hiring Success process, and a suite of career planning tools for employees and job seekers.
We work with people to tackle the challenges of attracting and retaining talent, developing leadership, improving communications and respectfully transitioning employees into different roles.
The company has a strong local and international client base ranging from SMEs to large corporates, and has been trading for over 8 years. Chris and Greg started the company based on common interests they had in psychological practice, recruitment and HR consulting services. They also had significant industry experience in manufacturing and logistics and a range of line management positions that gave them a practical understanding of the challenges facing employers and employees in organisational development.
