CareerBuilders was founded on the common interests of Greg Dixon and Christian Harper when their experience in business, management, training, coaching, recruitment and psychological practice lead to the discovery of the Personal Inventory and the SuccessMap. These tools, as well as others, have helped bring purpose, clarity, responsibility, direction and control to hundreds of clients and enabled personal and professional goals to be realised and accomplished as a result.
